Nash UNC Health Care had low brand equity in most of the communities it served. Our assignment? Create an umbrella brand position that represented top-notch health care and also allowed for advertising specific service lines within the annual marketing plan.

the results

The results have been dramatic. After 3 years, Call Center tracking has increased 38%, 131% and 140% in their latest data.

In the latest reported year, from a benchmark standpoint, Surgical Weight Loss procedures are up 221% and Joint Replacement is up 44%. Profits exceeded goal by 68% and R.O.I. exceeded goal by 50%.

We didn’t help achieve these results by being all things to all patients. We won them over one at a time. UNC took notice and decided to partner with Nash. Our newest campaign reflects the position the medical facility now holds as a vital part of the community.
