Extensive experience. That's a pretty powerful phrase. And few things are more valuable. Lewis Advertising started in 1969, and rest assured, our senior staff is well seasoned— both passing down their knowledge to our up-and-coming advertising professionals, as well as learning a new trick or two from them.

Your success is our success. We work with clients to establish measures of success including elements such as web traffic, new product or new store sales levels, calls to customer call centers, requests for product information or interaction with specific web content such as whitepapers.

Our average client relationship is 23 years, which we feel is a good measure of success for our Clients, and for Lewis Advertising.

Today, our agency has its headquarters in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. We also have field offices in Alabama, Illinois, Missouri, Virginia and Wisconsin to serve our clients where they need us most. Executive Staff

	Gene Lewis Chairman & CEO Contact Gene is the founder and Chairman of Lewis Advertising. Today he serves as the Agency's administrative leader. Gene has been recognized as an outstanding business and civic leader by numerous groups. He is a member of the North Carolina Advertising Hall of Fame housed at UNC in Chapel Hill. He also holds the prestigious Silver Medal Award from the American Advertising Federation and has been recognized with the Distinguished Citizen Award by the East Carolina Council of the Boy Scouts and the Rocky Mount Chamber.
	Don Williams President - COO Contact Don began his advertising career as a copywriter at a Norfolk, VA agency in 1966 and two years later he joined a Richmond agency where he met Gene Lewis. In 1969 Don joined with Gene to become the co-founder and first Creative Director of Lewis Advertising. During his time in the Creative Department, the agency was the recipient of over 500 local, regional and national awards. Today he serves not only as the agency's chief operating officer but continues as an account manager for several client brands. Don is the only member of the American Advertising Federation to receive two Silver Medal Awards in recognition of his contributions to advertising and he too is a member of the North Carolina Advertising Hall of Fame.
	Ronnie Grillo Senior Vice President - Account Management Contact Years of Experience: 30 Ronnie first began working in the production department of an advertising agency over 25 years ago in Birmingham, AL. Later she gravitated into account service work and spent 12 years developing advertising for the BellSouth brand. She joined Lewis Advertising in 1994 as the account manager for the Sprint (now Embarq) account assigned to the agency at the time. Today, Ronnie leads the Lewis Advertising account team's work on the business-to-business portion of the Embarq strategic communications efforts.
	Phil Greer Senior Vice President - Account Management Contact Years of Experience: 25 Phil has over 25 years of advertising agency experience and following graduation from the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri, began his career as a copywriter for Henderson Advertising. He joined Lewis Advertising in 1988 in the Creative Department and a few years later he moved into account management working on the Hardee's brand. Today Phil oversees all of the work Lewis Advertising creates and places for Hardee's on a national basis while also overseeing management of several other regional brands.
	Susan Hoerchler Senior Vice President - Creative Director Contact Years of Experience: 18 A native of Wisconsin, Susan has been involved in advertising for nearly 20 years. She began her career in Chicago and later lived in Orlando where she spent eight years as a Copywriter and then Creative Director on a prestigious portfolio of travel-tourism, package goods, consumer and business-to-business brands. Under Susan's leadership, the Lewis Advertising creative team of very talented and motivated art directors, writers and interactive specialists has achieved a significant number of prestigious creative awards during the past year.
	Lee Lewis Senior Vice President - Out of Home Director Contact Years of Experience: 25 Lee Lewis originally began his professional career in the Lewis Advertising Outdoor Department and then transitioned into account management work on the Hardee's account for a number of years. Recently he returned to lead the Lewis Advertising Out-of-Home Department and supervises a three person team responsible for locating and contracting approximately 350 billboards and other out-of-home signs across the country.
	Reese Adams Vice President - Account Management Contact Years of Experience: 30 Reese previously worked with several national agencies in Chicago and Michigan prior to joining Lewis Advertising. He has 30 years of total account management experience and leads the Agency's efforts for brands such as Embarq, the NC Ports Authority, a major Eastern North Carolina health care provider and several other regional brands.
	Fred Arnold Vice President - Associate Creative Director Contact Years of Experience: 22 Fred Arnold began his advertising agency career in Nashville, TN. After working for several large agencies there, he was recruited by Lewis Advertising to move to North Carolina. Fred is the recipient of numerous creative awards and is recognized for his unique print and Internet products. Fred supervises all of the artwork development for Lewis Advertising clients.
	Kim Council Vice President & CFO Contact Years of Experience: 25 Most advertisers assume that their account's bookkeeping matters will be handled properly. Kim Council has the responsibility of ensuring that all billing for the Lewis Advertising clients is processed in a correct and timely manner. Working with her team of accounting specialists, Kim Council is a CPA and has over 25 years of experience working with several national retail chains prior to joining Lewis Advertising.
	Ken Craig Vice President – Account Management Contact Years of Experience: 24 Ken Craig joined Lewis Advertising in the Outdoor Department before becoming one of the lead account managers working with franchisees and field marketing staff on the Hardee's business. Ken has obtained his master's degree in business administration. Today Ken also handles account management duties not only for Hardee's special projects but for other brands such as Perdue and Friendly Check.
	Susan Harper Vice President - Print production Contact Years of Experience: 23 Susan Harper has been with Lewis Advertising 23 years and has worked in a variety of capacities for the agency but for the past 10 years she has been in Print Production. Susan's team is responsible for selecting and negotiating with suppliers for all types of printed materials ranging from ballpoint pens to huge dioramas located in exhibit halls. Lewis Advertising also houses its direct marketing function within its Print Production Department. Susan Harper oversees all of the agency's solo and marriage mail programs.
	Clark King Vice President - Media Director Contact Years of Experience: 20 Clark has a wealth of traditional and digital media experience from over 20 years concentration in advertising media. He previously was in charge of Interactive buying for General Motors at IPG's GM Mediaworks unit where he was involved with executive oversight of behavioral targeting, SEM, online video, VOD, gaming, broadband, rich media, measurement and other programs. Clark began his career in Detroit as a planner/buyer at Goldfarb & Company, Advertising and has worked on media programs for brands such as AT&T, Arby's, GM, FTD, Kodak, Lowes, Michelin, Stroh's and Whirlpool. He is a passionate advocate of emerging media such as social media, virtual reality, smart devices and digital home entertainment.
	Jim Lowdermilk Vice President - Account Management Contact Years of Experience: 25 Jim began his advertising career working in the Marketing Department at Hardee's Food Systems both at the regional field level in the Midwest and later on the national marketing plans at corporate headquarters. Today Jim works directly as the Lewis Advertising Account Manager responsible for all print advertising created and placed by Hardee's nationally.
	Bill Sellers Vice President - Interactive Contact Years of Experience: 22 Bill has been an art director for a Sports Fishing publication and an Adjunct Professor of Graphic Design at a Virginia university. Along the way he became an expert in the creative development and management of websites for various regional and national clients. Bill has in-depth knowledge of all operating systems and software available for advertisers to use in developing on-line programs. Bill oversees a team of Interactive specialists.
